{"id":1695,"date":"2022-09-30T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordleand.angelvilches.com\/andalucia\/?p=1695"},"modified":"2022-12-13T01:11:32","modified_gmt":"2022-12-13T00:11:32","slug":"ochio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordleand.angelvilches.com\/andalucia\/ochio\/","title":{"rendered":"Och\u00edo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El och\u00edo es un <strong>producto de panader\u00eda<\/strong> t\u00edpico de la privnica de <strong>Ja\u00e9n<\/strong>, especialmente de la Comarca de <strong>La Loma <\/strong>y de la comarca metropolina de Ja\u00e9n, especialmente en <strong>\u00dabeda <\/strong>y <strong>Baeza<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un un pan de aceite de oliva virgen extra, piment\u00f3n y an\u00eds. El nombre le viene dado por ser la octava parte de la masa de un pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienen distintas terminaciones seg\u00fan la zona donde se haga. As\u00ed, el och\u00edo salado con piment\u00f3n es muy tradicional de la comarca de La Loma \u2014especialmente en \u00dabeda,Torreperogil, Sabiote y Baeza \u2014, y el dulce con az\u00facar por encima, es tradicional de Ja\u00e9n capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puede hacer referencia a los<strong> roscos dulces t\u00edpicos de Estepa <\/strong>que se elaboran en Semana Santa con harina, az\u00facar, aove, s\u00e9samo y matalauva.
