Posee una gran riqueza hist\u00f3rica, siempre ligada al r\u00edo Guadalquivir y al cultivo del arroz. El Padre de Andaluc\u00eda, <strong>Blas Infante<\/strong>, se instal\u00f3 aqu\u00ed en una casa hoy convertida en museo y Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuenta la leyenda que aqu\u00ed desembarc\u00f3 el Ap\u00f3stol Santiago para evangelizar Espa\u00f1a, y en la Edad Media llegaron los vikingos y atacaron la ciudad de Sevilla. Pero lo m\u00e1s sorprendente sucedi\u00f3 en el siglo XVII cuando se estableci\u00f3 una colonia de <strong>samur\u00e1is<\/strong> en Coria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No te sorprendas si ves un\/a coriano\/a con rasgos orientales o el apellido Jap\u00f3n (Jap\u00f3n). Incluso hoy en d\u00eda, se llevan a cabo festivales en honor a ese pa\u00eds, como la Semana Cultural Japonesa.
