Ha recibido <strong>tres estrellas Michelin y tres Soles Repsol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente es propietario y jefe de cocina del restaurante <strong>Aponiente<\/strong>, ubicado en El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda.
